Suspension ruling has fantasy implications

A federal judge has blocked the NFL from suspending Vikings DL Kevin Williams and Pat Williams, Saints DL Charles Grant and Will Smith and RB Deuce McAllister for violating the league’s anti-doping policy. As a result, it appears these players will be eligible to play in Week 14.
That’s bad news for Lions running back Kevin Smith, who becomes a much risker fantasy option with the Williams Wall on the field. It also throws McAllister in the mix for carries in New Orleans, so RB Pierre Thomas isn’t as solid a flex starter. Thomas has seen far more work than McAllister in recent weeks, however, so don’t bench him for this reason alone.
