Vikings juggling roster in wake of suspensions

Lost in the legal battle being waged between the NFL and two Vikings is the roster retooling Minnesota has been forced into making.
The Vikings signed free-agent defensive tackle Jimmy Kennedy on Wednesday to help take the place of suspended players Kevin Williams and Pat Williams.
But when a judge temporarily blocked the suspensions and the Williams Wall returned to practice Thursday, Minnesota was forced into more roster moves, having to release wide receiver Robert Ferguson.
Nor is Minnesota done making roster moves. The Vikings need to learn the fates of Kevin and Pat Williams before they know how they can fill out their 53-man roster.
It’s more questions, and uncertainty, in a week full of it.
