Don’t rush to add Dorsey

The Cleveland Browns suffered two major injuries in Week 13, as Derek Anderson and Kellen Winslow both went down during a loss to the Colts. Anderson suffered a torn MCL in his left knee and will miss the rest of the season, while Winslow sustained a high ankle sprain. He’s already been ruled out for Week 14.
With Brady Quinn already done for the year, the Browns will now have to turn to third-stringer Ken Dorsey as their starter. That’s bad news for every member of the team’s offense, including disappointing wide receiver Braylon Edwards. Unless you’re a desperate soul, Dorsey will have no value in fantasy leagues.
Winslow’s injury will cost him one game and maybe more. High ankle sprains are difficult to overcome, so there’s a chance that Winslow will be sidelined for the fantasy playoffs. Steve Heiden would see an increase in value in his absence, but his stock is limited to larger leagues.
