The Falcons head into Sunday’s matchup vs. the Chargers with a number of injuries to key players.

On offense, WR Roddy White (back), RB Jerious Norwoood (rib) and K Jason Elam (left hip) are all listed as questionable. White is likely to play against the Chargers after playing through the same injury last week.

Carolina re-signed prospective free agent cornerback Chris Gamble to a six-year, $53 million contract that includes $23 million worth of guaranteed bonuses.

The Cowboys came out of their win over the Seahawks with two major injury concerns, but two MRIs for linebacker DeMarcus Ware and running back Marion Barber were both negative, the team announced Friday.

Giants WR Plaxico Burress has been ruled out of Sunday’s game with the Redskins due to a hamstring injury. Burress attempted to play through the injury last week, but came out of the game after one series.

On Thursday, Rams coach Jim Haslett said he expected QB Marc Bulger, RB Steven Jackson and OT Orlando Pace to return to action when St. Louis takes on the Dolphins Sunday.
