Time zone travel doesn’t favor 49ers

San Francisco will try to do something today other West Coast teams have not –- win on the East Coast. After Arizona lost to Philadelphia on Thanksgiving night, the record of West Coast teams on the East Coast dropped to 0-15 this season.

San Francisco gets an early start today in Buffalo, which does not bode well for the Niners.
