Sanders doesn’t make trip with Colts

Indianapolis has won without safety Bob Sanders before, and it will have to win without him again.

Before the Colts even made their trip to Cleveland for today’s game against the Browns, they said Sanders would not play. Sanders has been nursing a right knee injury that has prevented him from playing Indianapolis’ past two games, and he didn’t even make the trip to Cleveland.

This will become the third game Sanders has missed due to the injury, after missing five games earlier this season due to a high ankle sprain.
