49ers: QB Jamie Martin (3rd), DB Allen Rossum, DB Reggie Smith, DB Dashon Goldson, C Cody Wallace, OT Jacob Bender, WR Arnaz Battle, WR Josh Morgan.

Analysis: WRs Bryant Johnson and Jason Hill will see more targets with Battle and Morgan out, but neither has a ton of fantasy value. LB Patrick Willis is active and will start, as expected.

Bills: QB Gibram Hamdan (3rd), SS Donte Whitner, CB Jabari Greer, LB Teddy Lehman, T Demetrius Bell, TE Robert Royal, DE Aaron Schobel, DE Copeland Bryan.

Analysis: The Bills have some important injuries on defense with Whitner, Greer, Lehman, Schobel and Bryan all inactive. That’s a positive for the 49ers’ top fantasy players.
