Lions’ five QBs create anomaly

When Drew Henson entered Detroit’s game against the Titans in relief of starter Daunte Culpepper, he became the fifth different quarterback to try and track down that elusive ‘W’ for the winless Lions.
Nicholas J. Cotsonika of the Detroit Free Press explains:
- Jon Kitna started the first four games this season, then, against his wishes, was put on injured reserve with a back problem. Dan Orlovsky started the next four, then suffered a broken thumb. Drew Stanton has made two appearances but was inactive Thursday because of a concussion.More
