Eagles pull McNabb in loss to Ravens

Donovan McNabb was the story of last Sunday and he’s one of the main stories of this Sunday, too — maybe The Story.

McNabb was removed from a loss to the Ravens at halftime and replaced by Kevin Kolb.

He was not replaced due to injury, either. Kolb was inserted after the Eagles had seen enough. Kolb was trying to erase a fourth-quarter, 15-point lead on a day when the Eagles’ offense was ineffective. But he threw a costly fourth-quarter interception that Ed Reed returned for a touchdown, putting the game and the Eagles on ice.
