Bulger injured, replaced by Green

Rams QB Marc Bulger will not return to Sunday’s matchup against the Bears after leaving with an injury on the teams’ first series of the game. Bulger took a shot to the head when he was sacked by Adewale Ogunleye, who rushed the QB untouched. Bulger was sacked on a fourth-down play, and replaced by Trent Green on the Rams’ next series.
