The Saints gave Reggie Bush a planned day of rest on Friday, and will list their star back as questionable for Monday night’s game against the Packers. Saints coach Sean Payton said Thursday that Bush was ahead of his progress compared to last week’s schedule, and will wait until the team’s third day of practice tomorrow to evaluate his status.

“I’m just hopeful tomorrow is better news than a week ago,” said Payton. “We’ll see where it’s at.”
