As the Eagles prepare to face the Ravens on Sunday, they’re doing so with out RB Brian Westbrook, who sat out practice for the second straight day on Thursday. Westbrook, who has been battling ankle and rib injuries, conceded during his weekly session with the media on Wednesday that he’ll be playing in pain the rest of the season.

“I’m pretty sure it’s not going to be completely healed, this week or next week or whenever,” Westbrook said. “It’s one of those situations where you try to get it as good as you can get it on Sunday and then play through it.”
