Fantasy leaguers lose WR Johnson

Chad Johnson has been deactivated for tonight’s game in Pittsburgh for a violation of team rules.
It’s probably a blessing in disguise for fantasy leaguers, who might have otherwise used the controversial and disappointing wideout in what is a terrible matchup against the Steelers at Heinz Field. Chris Henry should start in his absence, and T.J. Houshmandzadeh figures to see more targets in the pass attack.
Johnson, who is in the midst of his worst season since he was a rookie, will be on pace to finish with fewer than 600 yards after he misses tonight’s contest.
He can be released in smaller leagues.
