Williams sees Romo’s return as a beginning

Cowboys WR Roy Williams, who joined the team last month and will start Sunday opposite Terrell Owens, has yet to catch a pass from QB Tony Romo.
With Romo set to return to action vs. the Redskins, is Williams worried that they haven’t had time to develop chemistry? No way, reports Clarence E. Hill Jr. of the Star-Telegram. Williams has experience adjusting to changes under center.
“He had three quarterbacks in three years in high school at Odessa Permian,” writes Hill. “At Texas, he caught passes from Chris Simms, Major Applewhite, Chance Mock and Vince Young. And since being drafted in the first round by the Lions in 2004, the revolving door of passers continued with Joey Harrington, Jeff Garcia, Jon Kitna and Dan Orlovsky.” More
