Seattle releases WR Colbert

This season, Seattle has added and subtracted wide receivers at what seems to be an unprecedented rate.
It continued Tuesday, when the Seahawks released veteran wide receiver Keary Colbert, whom they acquired from Denver shortly before the trade deadline.
But it was not a conditional draft pick that the Broncos received. Despite Colbert going on waivers, Denver still will get Seattle’s 2009 5th-round pick.
