Panthers: QB Matt Moore, WR Dwayne Jarrett, CB C.J. Wilson, LB James Anderson, G Mackenzy Bernadeau, T Frank Omilaye, WR Kenneth Moore, DT Darwin Walker.
Analysis: RB Jonathan Stewart is active and seems like a safe play for fantasy owners, but RB DeAngelo Williams will start and is the better option.
Raiders: QB JaMarcus Russell, RB Adrian Peterson, RB Jason Davis, DE Derrick Burgess, LB Ricky Brown, OT James Marten, C John Wade, WR Ronald Curry.
Analysis: QB Andrew Walter will start in the absence of Russell, who is inactive. McFadden is also out, so RB Justin Fargas will start and see most of the carries against the Panthers.
