Injury update: McKenzie out for Saints

  • Saints CB Mike McKenzie was carted off the field with a right knee injury during the third quarter against the Falcons and will not return. He was replaced by Aaron Glenn. McKenzie had offseason surgery to repair a torn right anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus late last season.
  • Packers LB Nick Barnett suffered a sprained knee against the Vikings during the third quarter and was listed as doubtful to return. He was replaced by Desmond Bishop. In the same game, Vikings CB and PR Charles Gordon was carted off the field during the second quarter with a serious ankle injury.
  • WR Derrick Mason has returned to the game for the Ravens after suffering a strained shoulder during the first half. Veteran backup OT Willie Anderson left the game with an undisclosed injury.
