Broncos thin in backfield after Torain injury

The running back position has become harder for fantasy leaguers to fill down the stretch.
Ryan Torain injured his knee against the Browns on Thursday night, and initial reports are not good. With Michael Pittman and Andre Hall already on injured reserve and Selvin Young at less than 100 percent, it looks like Peyton Hillis will take over as the starter in Denver.
He should now be added in all fantasy leagues.
The Steelers listed Willie Parker (shoulder) as doubtful for Week 10, which is great news if you have Mewelde Moore. He now becomes a very solid No. 2 fantasy runner against the Colts.
In St. Louis, Steven Jackson will be sidelined due to an injured thigh. With Antonio Pittman, Travis Minor and Brian Leonard all hurting as well, it looks like the Rams will turn to Kenneth Darby against the Jets.
However, he’s no more than a desperation starter in fantasy land.
