Lions QB Orlovsky ruled out vs. Jaguars

Lions QB Dan Orlovsky (right hand) was officially ruled out of Sunday’s game vs. Jacksonville, making it increasingly likely that Daunte Culpepper will see his first action of the season. Culpepper has reportedly split the first-team reps with backup Drew Stanton during practice this week.
