Circumstances couldn’t be any better for Quinn

When Browns quarterback Brady Quinn makes his first NFL start Thursday night, he will be doing it against a depleted Denver defense, which could be one reason Cleveland made the change now.
Denver’s defense is debilitated.
Without injured standout linebacker D.J. Williams, Denver will start Wesley Woodyard.
Without veteran free safety Marlon McCree, the Broncos are expected to start Calvin Lowry.
Denver was already missing Pro Bowl cornerback Champ Bailey.
If ever there were an opponent, a game, and a night in which the conditions for Quinn to succeed will be superb, this will be it.
