Rams’ Jackson says he will play Sunday

After going without Pro Bowl running back Steven Jackson last week against New England, the Rams will not have to do the same Sunday.

With his quadriceps injury, Jackson will play Sunday, he announced on his website Saturday.

Jackson felt as if he could have played last week, but was held out as a precautionary measure. With the Rams facing a key game against the NFC-West leading Arizona Cardinals, Jackson would not miss this game. He’s feeling good, which should make the Rams offense perform better.
