RB Adrian Peterson will see some carries behind RB Matt Forte with Jones out. TE Desmond Clark is active, but he’s an inconsistent fantasy option.
DE Jared Allen and S Madieu Williams are active and will start, as expected.

DeAngelo Williams has now scored four 1-yard touchdowns in Sunday’s game at Green Bay. He’s scored a total of 31 points on NFL.com and continues to be one of the most consistent and productive backs in fantasy football.

The saying usually goes something like this: The only thing that can stop the (fill in the blank) is themselves. Well, when it comes to the New York Giants that might not even come into play.
The potential distraction of the Friday night shooting at a New York night club that injured wide receiver Plaxico Burress and involved, in some manner, linebacker Antonio Pierce, never reached its potential.

I’m going to get about 1,000 “Should I bench Clinton Portis this week” questions … So here is what you should do.

DeAngelo Williams just scored his third 1-yard touchdown of the afternoon in what’s become a great game in Green Bay. While his yardage total (75 scrimmage) isn’t great, his three scores will make Williams a top fantasy scorer once again.
