Orlovsky too busy to worry about Culpepper

Lions quarterback Dan Orlovsky has bigger things to worry about than the team bringing in Daunte Culpepper for a workout and physical.

The Lions’ current starting quarterback is facing the Monsters of the Midway on Sunday, at Soldier Field, while the team he leads is winless this season and has lost 14 of 15 games.

Orlovsky insists he didn’t hear the rumbles about Culpepper coming to town for a workout with the Lions. He didn’t even hear rumors of Culpepper negotiating a contract, writes Terry Foster of The Detroit News.

“Oh he did (come to Detroit),” Orlovsky told The News. “I didn’t even know that. I just found out so, no thoughts. That is not going to have any bearing on me. I just found out from you.” MORE
