Colts no longer crushing opponents’ hopes

This is the kind of party the Indianapolis Colts not only used to crash but crush. Not Monday. Not this season. Not these Colts, writes Phil Richards of the Indianapolis Star.

Facing a 14-6 deficit, the Titans scored 25 consecutive points to humble the Colts 31-21 in front of 69,143 fans at LP Field.

“Obviously in the fourth quarter we had a chance to make some plays and win the ballgame,” Colts coach Tony Dungy told the Indianapolis Star. “When that happened, they made all the plays. They made the third-down conversions. They made the fourth-down stops and got the takeaways.” MORE
