Eagles TE L.J. Smith left the game against the Falcons with a concussion early during the fourth quarter and did not return.
Smith was injured on a blind-side late hit by Falcons S Lawyer Milloy as he was running a pass route down the middle of the field. Smith was down on the field for several minutes before he was led off the field by trainers, under his own power, on the way to the locker room.
