The Cleveland Browns have reached an agreement to rescind the suspension of
TE Kellen Winslow.
The Pro Bowl player had been suspended without pay by the Browns for making disparaging comments about the organization following his hospital stay to fight a staph infection.
Winslow will not be with the team for the game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, Oct. 26 and is scheduled to return to the club on Monday, Oct. 27.
The organization released the following statement:
“The Cleveland Browns are pleased to have this matter behind us. We have
worked through our differences and look forward to having Kellen return.”
