Buccaneers, Cowboys both ailing in Week 8

Bucs WR Ike Hilliard, who suffered a concussion after a collision in last week’s victory over the Seahawks, is questionable to suit up Sunday vs. the Cowboys. Hilliard is one of three Bucs receivers on the injury report.
