Chiefs to suspend Larry Johnson?

Having Larry Johnson on your fantasy team has become quite a headache.
Sure, we loved him after his two monster performances against Atlanta and Denver in consecutive weeks. Then he laid an egg (seven carries, two yards, 0 TDs) against Carolina in Week 5 and was sidelined last week due to a violation of team rules.
Now coach Herman Edwards hinted Tuesday that Johnson could be suspended this week for off-the-field issues. That would leave fantasy leaguers to choose from the unimpressive duo of Kolby Smith and Jamaal Charles to start against the Jets.
Other viable waiver-wire options include Cedric Benson, Ahman Green and Leon Washington (unless you’re in a smaller league where Sammy Morris might still be a free agent).
But if Johnson is on your roster, you need to plan on being without him this week.
