Analysis: RB Mewelde Moore will start in the absence of Parker, who is inactive. Moore is a solid fantasy option against the Bengals.

Bengals inactives: QB Carson Palmer (3rd), WR Glenn Holt, K Shane Graham, DB Jamar Fletcher, LB Corey Mays, TE Ben Utecht, DT Orien Harris, DT Jason Shirley.

Analysis: WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh is active and will start against the Steelers. QB Ryan Fitzpatrick will start in the absence of Palmer, who is out. Palmer is expected to miss Week 8 as well. K Dave Rayner will handle the field-goal duties with Graham listed as inactive. RB Cedric Benson will start in place of Chris Perry.
