Fantasy owners lose RB Addai

NFL Network’s Adam Schefter is reporting that Joseph Addai will miss two to four weeks with a slight tear in his hamstring. He suffered the injury in last week’s win over the Baltimore Ravens.
With Addai out and Mike Hart now on injured reserve, the Colts have re-signed Clifton Dawson and promoted Chad Simpson from their practice squad.
But the back to target in fantasy leagues is Dominic Rhodes.
A former 1,000-yard runner, Rhodes should see the bulk of the carries against Green Bay. The Packers rank 27th against the run, so Rhodes is now a viable No. 2 fantasy back in most formats.
He’s still available in close to 50 percent of NFL.com leagues, but that won’t last so be quick to add him.
In other running back news, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that Willie Parker has aggravated his sprained knee and did not participate in Wednesday’s practice. His status for this week is now uncertain, so Mewelde Moore could see the lion’s share of carries against the Bengals’ awful run defense.
Moore is available in over 60 percent of NFL.com leagues.
