Pittman the next Mike Anderson?

Michael Pittman has 88 scrimmage yards in the first half against Jacksonville. With Selvin Young out of action and Ryan Torain still sidelined with an injured elbow, the veteran appears to have put a firm grip on the prominent backfield role in Denver.
Pittman is somehow still a free agent in 20 percent of NFL.com leagues.
Fred Taylor, who was injured in the contest, is very questionable to return. That has opened the door for Maurice Jones-Drew, who has totaled an impressive 104 scrimmage yards and two touchdowns.
In San Francisco, Donovan McNabb is on his way to a solid stat line. He’s already thrown for 191 yards and one touchdown with a full half ahead of him. Hank Baskett hauled in McNabb’s lone touchdown pass.
