Panthers inactives: QB Matt Moore (3rd), WR D.J. Hackett, DB Quinton Teal, LB James Anderson, C Ryan Kalil, T Jeff Otah, WR Kenneth Moore, DT Darwin Walker.
Analysis: Kalil and Otah are both out, so the Panthers’ offensive line will be at less than full strength against Tampa Bay.
Buccaneers inactives: QB Josh Johnson (3rd), QB Brian Griese, FB B.J. Askew, LB Matt McCoy, T Anthony Davis, T James Lee, WR Joey Galloway, DT Greg Peterson.
Analysis: QB Jeff Garcia will start with Griese listed as inactive. WRs Antonio Bryant, Michael Clayton and Ike Hilliard will see more targets with Galloway out another week.
