Injury update: McGahee out again for Ravens

Baltimore Ravens RB Willis McGahee left Sunday’s game vs. the Indianapolis Colts on the team’s first drive of the third quarter and did not return. McGahee left the field under his own power — a specific injury has yet to be announced by the team. Rookie RB Ray Rice¬†got most of the work¬†during the second half for the Ravens.

The Ravens also lost starting RG Marshal Yanda late in the game with an apparent right knee injury. Yanda was injured while blocking on a short pass play, and went down on the field holding his right knee. He was replaced by Chris Chester.

  • The Rams lost CB Ricky Manning to an apparent lower right leg injury late in the second quarter against the Redskins. Manning was injured while rushing QB Jason Campbell. He had to be helped off the field by team trainers and was later carted off the sidelines.
  • Buccaneers FB Byron Storer left the game vs. the Panthers with an undisclosed injury after he was hurt on a special teams play during the first half. The FOX broadcast reported he was questionable to return with a knee injury. Storer started for the Bucs in place of injured FB B.J. Askew.
