Bengals inactives: QB Carson Palmer (3rd), K Shayne Graham, SS Dexter Jackson, LB Corey Mays, WR Andre Caldwell, WR Jerome Simpson, DT John Thornton, DT Jason Shirley.

Analysis: With Palmer out, QB Ryan Fitzpatrick will start and Jordan Palmer will be the backup. Dave Rayner will handle with kicking duties with Graham out.

Jets inactives: QB Brett Ratliff (3rd), QB Erik Ainge, K  Mike Nugent, WR David Clowney, CB Justin Miller, G  Will Montgomery, LB Marques Murrell, DT Kareem Brown.

Analysis: No significant inactives.
