Back injury likely to sideline Lions QB Kitna

Lions QB Jon Kitna left last week’s game in the fourth quarter with back spasms and is listed as doubtful for Sunday’s game against the Vikings. He didn’t participate in practice this week but his backup, Dan Orlovsky, is battling an ankle injury and was limited in practice all week as well.
