Giants expected to stick with Carney

Despite the fact that kicker Lawrence Tynes is recovered from the left knee injury he suffered in training camp, the Giants are expected to stick with veteran John Carney today against Seattle.

It creates an interesting situation for the Giants. Tynes is last sesaon’s playoff hero, but Carney hasn’t missed yet this season. But the Giants do not have to make any long-term decision yet. For short term, it looks like it’s still Carney’s job against the Seahawks.
