Bills’ Edwards out with concussion

Buffalo QB Trent Edwards left Sunday’s game against the Cardinals with a concussion and didn’t return.

Edwards was injured during the opening drive of the game after taking a hit from Cardinals S Adrian Wilson.  Edwards was down on the ground for several minutes before he was helped to his feet by trainers. He had to be helped off the field and was walking very slowly before taking a seat on the bench, and later was carted off the field to the locker room.

J.P. Losman replaced Edwards, who completed all three of his passes for 18 yards before leaving.
