Bengals inactives: QB Jordan Palmer (3rd), S Dexter Jackson, RB Reagan Maui’a, LB Corey Mays, WR Andre Caldwell, WR Jerome Simpson, DT Pat Sims, DT Jason Shirley.

Analysis: QB Carson Palmer is active and will start against the Cowboys.

Cowboys inactives: QB Brooks Bollinger (3rd), S Pat Watkins, S Roy Williams, CB Terrence Newman, G Kyle Kosier, T Doug Free, DE Stephen Bowen, WR Isiah Stanback.

Analysis: TE Jason Witten is active and will start, as expected. The Cowboys will be without Newman, which is good news for Bengals QB Carson Palmer and WRs T.J. Houshmandzadeh and Chad Johnson.
