Titans’ Johnson, Ravens’ Lewis chat

The last person Titans rookie running back Chris Johnson expected to call him this week was the man
who will try to bring him down on Sunday. But when Johnson answered his cell phone, Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis was on the other line. The two had a mutual friend, reports Jim Wyatt of the The Tennessean, and Lewis wanted to speak with September’s Offensive Rookie of the Month before they face off on the gridiron.

“Johnson said one of his little league coaches is a friend of Lewis, who has kids on his track team,” Wyatt writes. “When Lewis realized the connection he got Johnson’s number.” Full story
