Chemistry set? Not just yet

Randy Moss had a record-breaking season last year with Tom Brady in control of the Patriots’ offense. But with Brady now out for the year, Moss is looking to build the same type of chemistry with QB Matt Cassel. The Boston Globe‘s Mike Reiss explains how the two players are spending a lot of time together lately.

“In the locker room, where they dress side by side, Cassel had turned to Moss and asked if he was interested in viewing some film of the team’s next opponent, the San Francisco 49ers, with him,” Reiss writes. “Moss said it was a great idea, and perhaps the two should make it part of their weekly routine.

For Moss, it’s been an unexpected getting-to-know-you situation.” Full story
