Raiders never filed tampering chargers on Patriots

Despite Raiders owner Al Davis‘ claims that the Patriots tampered with wide receiver Randy Moss before they traded for him, Oakland never filed such charges with the NFL, according to a league official.
So that story appears to be dead. The Davis-Lane Kiffin financial dispute is another issue. That could go on for weeks, if not months.
