Bengals’ Palmer No. 3 QB vs. Browns

Carson Palmer will be the emergency third quarterback for the Bengals today. Ryan Fitzpatrick will start at QB for the Bengals.

An elbow injury is preventing Palmer from playing today. He recently underwent an MRI that revealed inflammation but no structural damage.
