Hester, Harris both questionable for Bears

Chicago’s Devin Hester practiced on a limited basis for the second straight day on Friday after sitting out the Bears’ 27-24 overtime loss to Tampa Bay in Week 3.
Hester, who is recovering from a rib injury sustained in Chicago’s Week 2 loss at Carolina, is questionable for Sunday’s matchup vs. the Philadelphia Eagles.
Bears defensive tackle Tommie Harris (knee) is questionable and did not participate for the third straight day. He will be a game-time decision.
Coach Lovie Smith said Harris could play even though he hasn’t practiced.
“It just depends on how his knee feels Sunday,” Smith said. “I’d consider shutting him down if he isn’t ready to go.”
If Harris is unable to play defensive tackle Anthony Adams could be active for the first time this season, Smith said.
