Browns cleared of trying to injure McGahee

When Ravens running back Willis McGahee left Sunday’s game against Cleveland with a bloody eye, Baltimore officials believed Browns players were intentionally trying to hurt its running back.
The Ravens even sent tape of the incident to the league office in New York. But after reviewing the tape, the league determined there was no evidence of an intentional effort to hurt McGahee and no fines will be levied against the Browns for the play.
It won’t make Baltimore happy, but the Ravens can remember that Nov. 2, when they next play at Cleveland.
