Browns coach Romeo Crennel announced Wednesday that Derek Anderson will start at quarterback vs. Cincinnati on Sunday, reports NFL.com’s Vic Carucci. Crennel said backup Brady Quinn will “be ready.”
Crennel said it served no purpose to go through the week without making the decision, but would not offer details as to why the team is sticking with Anderson.
