Roethlisberger leaves game late

It looks as though the Steelers will have to finish Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles without QB Ben Roethlisberger.

Roethlisberger, nursing a shoulder injury, left the game and was taken to the locker room with less than three minutes remaining in the fourth quarter and the Steelers trailing 15-6. Roethlisberger’s injury is being reported as a hand injury.

It was a rough outing for the already-injured Roethlisberger, who was sacked eight times and completed 13-of-25 passes for 131 yards and an interception. He was replaced by backup Byron Leftwich.
