Cowboys’ Williams scheduled for surgery

Dallas Cowboys coach Wade Phillips said S Roy Williams was scheduled to have surgery on Tuesday to repair the fractured forearm he suffered in Monday night’s win over Philadelphia.

Williams, who will have a metal plate inserted into his arm, will miss three to four weeks with the injury, according to Phillips. Watch a portion of Phillips’ Tuesday press conference.
