Analysis: QB Ben Roethlisberger is active and will start, as expected.

Browns inactives: QB Ken Dorsey (3rd), WR Donte Stallworth, SS Sean Jones, LB Beau Bell, DT Ahtyba Rubin, G Ryan Tucker, G Scott Young, TE Martin Rucker.

Analysis: Stallworth is out, so look for WR Braylon Edwards and TE Kellen Winslow to see more than their share of targets.
