Ocho Cinco back to ‘Johnson’ on jersey

The NFL has recognized Chad Ocho Cinco’s name change, but his new surname won’t be on the back of his Cincinnati Bengals’ No. 85 jersey just yet. The Bengals announced about 15 minutes before kickoff against the Baltimore Ravens that the league had informed them that “certain issues remain to be resolved before Ocho Cinco will be permitted to wear his new surname on his jersey.”

So, for at least Week 1, Ocho Cinco is back to Johnson, wearing “C. Johnson” on the back of his jersey.
