Indianapolis Colts Running back Joseph Addai left against the Chicago Bears with a head injury and did not return.
Addai suffered the early in the fourth quarter after he caught a pass from Peyton Manning and was tackled by Nathan Vasher and Lance Briggs. He left the game with 44 yards on 12 carries.
Indianapolis tight end Dallas Clark left the game in the first quarter with a knee injury and did not return.
